Several years ago, I was stuck living an unfulfilled life.
I was living pay check to pay check, living for the weekend, drinking myself silly, feeling crappy all week to only do it again on Friday! My life was on repeat. I had low self-esteem, zero confidence (without alcohol) and I attracted the worst kinds of relationships.
I lacked belief within myself and I had this mean voice inside my head aka ‘mean girl’ who was holding me back from living the life I dreamt of.
However, once the vision of how I wanted to live my life was imprinted on my heart, there was no turning back. I wanted to be energetic, travel and explore the world. To experience everything that life has to offer.
So one day, I decided to take action.
I let go of the limiting beliefs + BS stories I was telling myself. The first step in my journey was taking care of myself. Specifically, my health and well being. Prioritising my health gave me the energy, motivation and drive to continue my journey of fulfilment. If you are waking up uninspired, snoozing the alarm, feeling low-energy or reaching for that extra cup of coffee just to get through the day you NEED to start taking care of your health.Otherwise one day you’ll realise that if you don’t look after yourself, everything else will crumble around you.
I know because I’ve been there too – that is why I want to help as many women as possible prioritise their health so they can show up as their best, no matter the task at hand.
